As a member of LOL, your contract will state that LOL will transfer the property to your personal property.
Of course, the early transfer of the property to personal property is possible. Before that, it is necessary to pay LOL the credit that LOL borrowed to buy the property. Before doing so, it is necessary to consider the established conditions of the bank’s financing when calculating the penalty for early repayment in case of repayment outside the loan fixation. Therefore, we recommend that the transfer to personal property always be made on the anniversary date of the loan fixation. By this date, the bank will not calculate any penalty and, therefore, it is possible to pay an extraordinary fee without a charge.
